Resources

Your Central Hub for Well-Being Support and Resources

This page brings together the wide range of well-being resources available at UConn Health. Because some programs overlap, we’ve created a single “warehouse” so our workforce can quickly find the right support. Whether you are looking for guidance, connection, or a referral to specialized help, this is your home base for well-being support.
