We're excited to announce the release of our 2026 Winter Exercise Schedule! These classes will begin on January 5.
Packed with fresh workouts, returning favorites, and something for every fitness level, our new schedule makes it easy to stay active and motivated this season.
Explore the lineup, find your perfect fit, and get ready to move with us this winter!

Monday
Pilates | 6:00 - 6:45 P.M.
Strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility with our low-impact Pilates classes. Designed for all fitness levels, this class focuses on controlled movements and mindful breathing to help you build strength and reduce stress.
Tuesday
Yoga | 6:00 - 6:45 P.M.
Restore balance and build strength with our guided yoga sessions. This class blends mindful movement, stretching, and breathwork to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed. Suitable for all levels.
Wednesday
Dance | 6:30 - 7:30 P.M.
Join In Syncytium's dance workshops to learn some dance basics and short routines! Each workshop will feature different dance styles, such as hip-hop, tap, jazz, and many more. People of all experience levels are welcome!
Offered every other Wednesday starting 1/7.
Thursday
Resistance Training | 5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.
This foundational weightlifting class builds balance, stability, and strength while teaching proper form. Each week covers a major compound lift with complementary accessory exercises, and all comfort levels are welcome.
HIIT | 6:30 - 7:15 P.M.
Push your limits with this fast-paced workout combining short bursts of intense exercise with active recovery. Burn calories, build strength, and boost endurance in less time. All fitness levels welcome!
