I’ve noticed more virtual meeting participants keeping cameras off, which can make engagement difficult and feel like presenting to an empty room. I am also concerned about confidentiality.

Turning off your camera during an expected face-to-face interaction is very much like being in an in-person meeting and hiding under the table.
