  • 2026 Winter Walking Challenge

    In celebration of American Heart Month, join UConn Health’s Step Into Heart Month Walking Challenge, happening February 2–27. This challenge is offered in partnership with UConn Health’s Calhoun Cardiology Clinic and the Office of Professional Well-Being and Engagement to promote heart health and overall well-being across our community.

    Walking is a simple yet powerful way to support cardiovascular health—helping to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve circulation, lower cholesterol, manage weight and blood sugar, and boost mental well-being. What better way to honor Heart Month than by moving together?
