New Employee Orientation is an important part of welcoming new team members to our organization.
This program introduces new hires to our culture, values, policies, and resources — helping them feel supported and prepared to succeed from day one. It also provides opportunities to connect with peers, meet leaders, and learn about the departments and services that keep our organization thriving.
As current employees and leaders, your engagement makes a real difference. By sharing knowledge, offering support, and modeling our values, you help create a positive, inclusive onboarding experience that sets every new team member on the path to success.
