IT Applications Teams

Our IT Applications department is organized into specialized teams that support critical systems across the organization. These groups ensure our applications run smoothly and meet the needs of patient care, business operations, and reporting.

Main Groups:

  • Business Systems – Manages core business applications and databases (Oracle, Banner, MS SQL).
  • Ancillary – Supports lab, imaging, dental, and related clinical systems (Radiant, Beaker, Axium, ServiceNow).
  • Inpatient – Oversees hospital-based Epic modules for documentation, orders, surgery, and workflows (Clin Doc, Stork, Optime, Willow).
  • Ambulatory – Handles outpatient Epic modules and patient engagement tools (CareEverywhere, MyChart, Beacon, Haiku/Canto).
  • Access and Revenue Cycle – Manages Epic modules for scheduling, registration, billing, and claims (Cadence, Prelude, Resolute).
  • Business Intelligence – Provides reporting and analytics through Epic Cogito and related tools.
  • Training, Communication, and Quality Assurance – Delivers user training, maintains directories, and ensures quality standards.
