Shadowing or Practicum Hours🌱
If your request involves on‑site shadowing, a formal practicum, or required clinical hours, it must go through the Department of Professional Practice & Clinical Excellence.
Two‑Part Process

- Formal Approval: Contact the Director's Office to complete required agreements.
Step 1: Email Us First
Email: mailto:dl-itworkflow@uchc.edu
Subject: Shadowing/Practicum Request Inquiry
Include: Your school, semester, and total required hours.
Step 2: Contact the Director’s Office
Once our team confirms availability, send your formal request to the Director of Professional Practice & Clinical Excellence.
