🏥 Inpatient (Hospital-Based Epic Applications)

The Inpatient Team supports all Epic applications and workflows that power clinical care within the hospital setting. Our analysts collaborate with providers, nurses, ancillary departments, and operational leaders to ensure that documentation, ordering, medication management, surgical workflows, emergency care, and research activities function seamlessly within the electronic health record.

We maintain and optimize the Epic modules that support day-to-day inpatient operations, ensuring that clinical teams have reliable, intuitive tools that meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Through ongoing build updates, system testing, workflow analysis, and collaboration with frontline staff, we help deliver safe, efficient, and coordinated patient care across every inpatient unit.

Note: This team manages Epic application build only. For hardware issues (printers, scanners, or monitors), please contact the general IT Help Desk.
