Rapid Inclusive Strategic Planning is a process by which we will build a 3-year plan to establish direction, focus our growth and prioritize our activities.
Key Elements
Rapid:
- Non-ceremonial
- Compressed timeline (5-9 months)
Inclusive:
- Deans, Chairs, Center Directors
- Division and Service Chiefs
- Operational Leaders, Employees and Unions
- Board
- Community
Strategic:
- Emphasize actionable and measurable initiatives for each department to implement over the next 3 years
- Focus on prioritization including what to de-emphasize and stop doing
- Align with overarching strategic vision
