The annual Health Insurance open enrollment period for most state employees will be held through May 31, 2026. Any changes made during Open enrollment will become effective July 1, 2026.

The Care Compass website includes information about the plans and the 2026-2027 rates.

No action is required if you wish to remain enrolled in your current coverage; your existing elections will automatically continue.

Employees who wish to make a change can learn more on the Hub.

This open enrollment period is limited to medical and dental coverage; it does not include life insurance, MEDFLEX, DCAP, or any other supplemental benefit. The Care Compass Supplemental Benefits site includes details about these options.
