New Anthem ID cards have been mailed to the home address of all employees enrolled in medical coverage, even if no changes were made during the annual open enrollment period.

Please note that these cards have a new member and group ID number that will need to be shared with your providers’ offices.

The new cards were sent directly from Anthem; please look for them in the mail this week.  

Employees can also download a copy of their card, as well as view their benefits and coverage details, in the online benefits portal.
