She oversees organizational adherence to healthcare laws, regulatory standards, and CMS requirements, helping maintain the integrity of care delivery and business operations. With extensive experience in compliance operations, revenue cycle management, medical coding, monitoring, and project management, Melissa plays a key role in driving the success of the compliance program. She supports the leadership of the compliance team and contributes to the development and oversight of program initiatives that promote accountability, reduce risk, and foster a culture of compliance.
